Ok, so we know you’re all excited about the Giro starting tonight, and poring over your picks and determining who is the best of a pretty weak field. Look, it’s Nibbles then daylight, ok? Good.

Now we got a bit lost in it all too, and if it wasn’t for the eagle eye and sharp Cycling mind of @Bianchi Denti, the women’s Tour of Chongming Island would’ve had Delgado status from the folks that are supposed to be aware of such happenings. So we all need to act quick. Typing this is taking up valuable seconds that are needed to pontifi… oh shut it, here’s a Start List.

This will be a lot harder to pick than the Giro (Nibbles, I tells ya) so use your time wisely, get your picks in and do NOT complain if you miss the start, just make it up in the rest day swaps for that other race I keep mentioning for some reason that I really shouldn’t be because time is ru…. (Nibbles).

    I have no idea, I live in the North Island haha!

     

    I had a one hour flight from Wellington to Auckland, then about 10-11 hours to Changi and another 5 or so hours to Shanghai. Chongming is an island in the estuary of the Yangtse River so it was a long bus journey and an hour on the ferry from Pu Dong Airport.

  43. So what is tomorrow’s stage like???  I cannot find a profile of it anywhere.

    As of right now, the top 8 (all that I could find for results) are separated by 18 seconds.

    Hopefully they have a killer climb tomorrow to separate the Women from the Girls!!!

  44. There are so many of us that delgado’d this thing. I hope this race doesn’t become a deciding factor later in the season. Best of luck to those sharp enough to get in on it.

    And on Mother’s day, I can do nothing but concur on that sentiment.  Still no info on places 4 and 5, though Brett’s results give me more points than deserved.  So let’s not mention it, eh?

    Saving grace is I wouldn’t have any of the top 5 any way.
